In 2010 Elizabeth Neuse joined the Yoga Works Teacher Training Staff.  As a mentor and workshop facilitator for the 300-Hour Professional Teachers Program, Elizabeth Neuse provides training and mentorship to those teachers with 200-hour certification who would like to apprentice with an experienced Vinyasa Teacher. In the 300-hour program trainees are required to assist and take class with their mentor once a week. Trainees can choose to assist any one of Elizabeth's Yoga Works Classes  including her Gentle Level 1 Classes. Because Elizabeth teaches 8 classes a week from Gentle to Level 2/3 trainees will receive a wide range of experience that they can then apply to their own teaching upon graduation.

Elizabeth has been directing teacher trainings since 2006. She is the former director of both Yoga Effects  and B Yoga Teacher Training Programs. She has led 200-hour, 300-hour, Therapeutic and Pre/Post Natal Teacher Training Programs in New York.
