Elizabeth's firm belief in the benefits of yoga for people of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels, combined with her extensive knowledge of all aspects of the practice allow her to help clients with a wide range of challenges and goals. People choose to practice yoga privately with Elizabeth for a variety of reasons including injuries, pregnancy, special needs, busy schedules and structured motivation. She specializes in working with prenatal clients, clients with back pain, those recovering from physical trauma, such as stroke or cancer, and weight management. In addition she guides all her clients in developing concentration and mental clarity, emotional calm and physical relaxation to better cope with life's challenges.
Sessions generally run for 60 minutes unless otherwise requested. Elizabeth sees clients on-site in their homes or offices. If the client cannot provide a suitable space , arrangements can be made for a convenient location at an additional cost. She sees clients mostly in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Special arrangements can be made for clients outside of the area.
Students are encouraged to purchase their own mats. Additional props will be provided.
